Don’t know why you send a code for 10 percent off and it doesn’t even give me 5% be good if you rectify that before processing order

The courier service was extremely poor. Was ‘onboard for delivery’ for 3 days. The parcel was received in a completely torn condition. The order was incorrect. I received whey instead of one additional casein. The caramel whey was completely rancid and had gone off. Had to be binned. I got in touch with your customer service for all of the above, but got no response. Never again from you guys!

Hey Shaun, unfortunately, there have been significant increases in global whey prices. We strive to be as affordable as possible through our direct-to-consumer model. We're hoping to see whey prices come down in 2022.

Flavours are good and would buy again for the flavours but mixablity is very poor. Tried in 3 different shakers with and without spring but no luck, very clumpy. Other brands mix fine in the same shakers. If this could be fixed I'd buy again.

I rate the protein 2 stars. It stinks up the cupboard when stored, as well as the apartment when I make a shake. It does not taste good and does not mix well with my oatmeal to make protein oatmeal. I would go back to purchasing protein from UProtein like I was prior to this purchase.

I initially was happy with Black Belt Protein. But now I'm honestly unsure if I will shop through you guys again. Your product, and before this customer service was amazing. I requested my product not be left alone without signature. Courier emailed me to say it would be left without authorisation. I messaged you guys and you said it would be sorted. But it wasn't, courier left it and went. When I messaged you guys, you viewed the message and ignored it. Not what I want, and not what I would tolerate in my own standards.

I would love to be able to review the current products that I have ordered but I am still yet to receive them (ordered 29th July) I have ordered from BBP in the past and the products themselves are great but each time the delivery times are the biggest let down I understand there are difficulties with some transit at the moment but I don't experience these issues with all of your biggest competitors (i.e. Bulk Nutrients, VPA to name a couple) This makes it hard for me to continue to order from BBP

I ordered 5kgs of protein in mid March, which I can track has been sitting at the depo since the 17th March. I called customer service who said they will check up on the order and sent me an email, however have received no update and it’s the 9th of April. Shame that this is first time this has happened and have been ordering protein for years.

Ordered my protein as I had a discount code. After going through checkout I decided to get express shipping as I was running low and wanted to get it quicker. Almost 3 weeks later and the protein still hasn’t arrived. Would hate to see how long standard shipping takes

My rating of "POOR" is not a reflection on the product - The product is excellent. The rating is a reflection on how the price for WPC has gone from $199 for 10 Kg in July 2021 to $335 for 10 Kg in February - Dont think I've ever seen any product increase in price by 68% in such a short time
