“The courier service was extremely poor. Was ‘onboard for delivery’ for 3 days. The parcel was received in a completely torn condition. The order was incorrect. I received whey instead of one additional casein. The caramel whey was completely rancid and had gone off. Had to be binned. I got in touch with your customer service for all of the above, but got no response. Never again from you guys!”

Hey Shaun, unfortunately, there have been significant increases in global whey prices. We strive to be as affordable as possible through our direct-to-consumer model. We're hoping to see whey prices come down in 2022.
“Flavours are good and would buy again for the flavours but mixablity is very poor. Tried in 3 different shakers with and without spring but no luck, very clumpy. Other brands mix fine in the same shakers.

“Very poor customer service. I waited weeks for my order and when I called the company they told me it had been shipped and to call the shipping company, which I did and they told me they don’t deliver for black belt protein. After more than six weeks the product finally arrived and it is the most disappointing product I have ever tried. Grainy and tastes like chemicals, which most be all the additives they put in this inferior product. I will never purchase from this company again”
