“Very poor customer service. I waited weeks for my order and when I called the company they told me it had been shipped and to call the shipping company, which I did and they told me they don’t deliver for black belt protein. After more than six weeks the product finally arrived and it is the most disappointing product I have ever tried. Grainy and tastes like chemicals, which most be all the additives they put in this inferior product. I will never purchase from this company again”

“Was very excited to try the protella but was very disappointed. Doesn’t taste like hazelnuts or Nutella and is extremely sweet. I know I will get sick of it very quickly”
“The protein oats are not edible just revolting and the choc mint flavour is way too sweet. I have found the protein powders don’t mix as well as other brands and are clumpy”
“Sorry I don't like to write negative reviews so no need to publish this of course. My son had a bad reaction to this protein and we had to throw it in the bin. It may have been his stomach but this hasn't happened for other products.”
