I bought anyway, only to see within 48houra price is back to the old pricing and still is now!

Black belt deliver with fastway delivery. If you cannot be home at the time of delivery then you have to go to Port Melbourne to pick it up. It has been three business days since they initially attempted the delivery (and I was not home) but the package is still not ready for me to pick it up from Port Melbourne. Bit of a hassle, would recommend finding another company with an easier delivery process if you cannot be home at the time of delivery.”

Sent incorrect flavour without making contact to confirm that I even wanted a different flavour and then refused to do anything other than send a courier out to pick up the item that was sent and replace it! Surely if you didn’t check with the customer prior to sending it and they weren’t happy you would either offer a refund (and allow them to keep the sent item) or just send a new flavour out (and let them keep the one they already had!!!) Dissapointed.”
