Black belt deliver with fastway delivery. If you cannot be home at the time of delivery then you have to go to Port Melbourne to pick it up. It has been three business days since they initially attempted the delivery (and I was not home) but the package is still not ready for me to pick it up from Port Melbourne. Bit of a hassle, would recommend finding another company with an easier delivery process if you cannot be home at the time of delivery.”
“Poor. Sent incorrect flavour without making contact to confirm that I even wanted a different flavour and then refused to do anything other than send a courier out to pick up the item that was sent and replace it! Surely if you didn’t check with the customer prior to sending it and they weren’t happy you would either offer a refund (and allow them to keep the sent item) or just send a new flavour out (and let them keep the one they already had!!!) Dissapointed.”
“Ordered the Christmas stack, which was supposed be 3kgs of protein, 250g of BCAA, 250g of Creatine and a shaker.
BCAA was missing. Everything else was fine”
“It took 9 days from the day I purchased to be sent an email about it even being dispatched. I wrote an email querying this but dis not recieve a reply. I also phoned but there was no one to pick up call. Over all I have still not received my supps and would be reluctant to purchase from here again”
