I ordered one bouquet with photos and a special note... But they delivered dried flowers and didn't attached any personlized photo and note also for which i paid them.
Also i asked for midnight delivery n paid extra but they delivered it before 10pm.
Their service is really bad...there a lot other sites available..never choose this.”
“Bloomsvilla is absolutely not recommended from my side. They delivered my flowers 1 day late, gave no response on the day of delivery asking for where my flowers are. Next day they respond to my email in which I had asked for my money back saying we delivered the order we won't give the money back. The crude responses from the team with no regard to customer experience proves that they are just out to make a quick buck. I have it all over email in case anyone wants details. Never order from bloomsvilla if you want your order delivered on time and in good quality.”
“My mother in law passed away suddenly and I wanted to send a bouquet of white roses to my father in law before I could reach home from overseas. I paid $1700 for this and what was delivered was white carnations in a small glass. This whole flower arrangement could be lifted with one hand, while the picture on the website showed a beautiful bunch of roses. When we called them, they said carnations are more expensive than roses. No refund. You aren't fooling anyone. In my grief I ordered flowers without first checking your reviews and you took advantage of that. Terrible operation. Shame on you.”

“The website directed me to the payment page after I provided the delivery address. Later I got an email that the delivery address is in out of service area. I provided an alternate address for delivery. After that their was no response. I have been following up and writing emails at their 2 email addresses. Noone is responding to emails or phone calls. Very poor experience. I would never recommend it to anyone”

“Pathetic service, they say we can’t book anything after 6pm, but there website will allow us to pay and select the time for the same day at 8pm, they say we should read there conditions before purchasing so lame and pathetic service, and the told I will receive it tomorrow as priority and it’s been 12 pm and I haven’t received any, these doesn’t even know how to run a business, fraudulent website and business. “Worst website. Just a broker who connects us with local florists. I was charged extra fee of Rs. 400 for delivery on Valentine's day and it was delivered four days later, that too when I made multiple calls and emails. Zero stars.
The delivered product was also not up to the mark. The flowers were dried and pale.”

“Ordered a cake yest for my brothers Anniversary in kerala. I ordered it on 4th march 22 from Pune with Order No BV2263748 with time slot 3-6 Pm. 1st vendor called saying they received an order as it was near by the house my receiver went to collect the cake but they later said that there was some confusion till then 2nd vendor called from 40 km far regarding cake and both were confused.I mailed the customer care they said they will send the cake by 9 pm. Later at 7:15 another vendor called saying the cake cant be delivered as its damaged.. i opted for refund but company says they cant process refund.How can such silly reasons be given by the company,when you cant deliver then you should provide the refund.worst service ever.”

“No stars. They dont deliver the product stating that the location is on the outskirts of the city and refuse to refund the amount paid. However they will ask you to order again and the amount will be in your account for one year, when you order again the same story repeats. These people dont deliver and take your money. Fraud.”
