“The pre- drilled holes were not in the right place and the dimensions as confirmed with a member of staff were not as described. Instructions were not clear. Apart from that it looks good.”

“The desk I ordered is of fantastic quality & excellent value for money. However one of the primary reasons for using this company was their next day delivery service. The desk didn't come the next day or the day after or the day after that. It was three business days later after I had rung up & chased the order down. When it did arrive the the boxes were all damaged, opened & in a very poor state. Luckily none of the components were damaged. To summarise, an excellent product let down by poor courier outsourcing. Would order again as this may of been a one off.”

“I bought the following items from KOMO: HD Bench Desk + Single Pedestal - good quality desk and leg set, loved the coloured drawers on the pedestal but why oh why were there no suitably located pre-drilled holes to attach it to the desk? At £360 I did not expect to have to measure and drill my own holes especially since there must have been at least twenty pre-drilled hols in the wrong locations. HD Tambour Storage Unit (5 Bold Colours) - lovely coloured doors but a bit sticky when opening and closing and £350 without shelves which were an additional £40 each. HD Tambour Storage Unit (5 Bold Colours) - Small - same positives as large version but in both cases the sliding door section took up a significant portion of internal capacity and a tab expensive for size - £227.00 B2 Workology Small Bookcase - £109 but nothing special from any other flatpack chipboard bookcase.”

“Pleased with the product overall, however the delivery information is confusing on the website and I wasn't sure when I would be taking delivery and I only received half the instructions. Luckily it wasn't very difficult to assemble and there are online instructions.”

Hi Chris, Thanks ever so much for leaving us a review. I 100% understand your comment about the delivery confusion - for some reason the date picker was playing up the weekend you ordered. If you had left it blank we'd have delivered free the next working day for you, as that's our standard service, but as you picked a specific date we followed your instruction. I agree it was easily confused and it's all fixed on the website now. I'm glad you got your desk together easy and your product is as expected. Hopefully we'll see you again at Kit Out My Office. “Purchased for home use in a child's bedroom. The attitude of the delivery man spoilt the service for us. The delivery man was rude on the phone when trying to locate us and when he delivered.”

“Overall we were happy with the service and the product. Delivery was on time and assembly was more or less straightforward. Door hinges were a bit troublesome to put together but got there at the end. There were minor dents and damages but not in visible places.”

“Ok. Lots wrong (2 damaged parts, instructions show a different desk). Sorted out quickly but new desk top has a small crack in the surface but I'm ignoring it because the hassle of swapping it for the second time is to much.”

“Really pleased with the desk and the service received generally, slight gripe in the pedestal provided didn't have the right screws to hold on its top. When I contacted the company they said that "a sensitive weighing device checks all orders" implying that I was lying about the missing parts. My reply to this was to point out that the sensitive weighing device was obviously not that good as whilst it was short of screws the pack did contain four random extra castors! I would have rated the company as very good if they had responded better to my request for the missing screws - its not nice to imply that your customers are lying.”

“I bought a desk for my son. There were a few problems with the delivery: the delivery arrived a few days after I made the order, but there was one box missing. I had to call twice to have the missing box redelivered. When it finally arrived, I received the wrong box. I had to call again to get it sent again and finally received the correct one a couple of days later. The people I dealt with on the phone were not very helpful. I found that the desk assembly wasn't particularly easy, in part because the instructions were not very clear (I have done it several times with Ikea furniture and it is much easier). In particular fitting the hinges was a challenge. On this point I found that the person on the phone was very helpful and friendly and I finally had my desk ready. I am please with the final product but the delivery was quite poor and the assembly quite difficult.”
