“Desk arrived damaged. Replacement delivered quickly following notification of damage. Packing on replacement left a lot to be desired but miraculously not damaged. Very happy with desk and Bluespot quick response to damage. Excellent help from Victoria.”

“I thought at first it was longer than normal delivery window (11 days), but put that down to demand as I can imagine there are a lot of people looking to work from home during COVID-19, but then it arrived 1 day earlier than expected, hence the 4 stars”

“Never ordered from Bluespot furniture before but saw that their product offered what I needed. Arrived promptly and within the designated days however corner of the desk I purchased was slightly damaged as well as missing a dowel to connect the back panel. Considering that however, the rest was satisfactory.”

“Easy to order and good communication during the production / delivery process. The desk arrived on the promised delivery date. A good value desk ,easily assembled. I would have given Bluespot 5 stars but damage caused to a corner of the desk top in transit marred an otherwise excellent experience”

“Desk is well made. Unfortunately it has minor scratches on it, and it was also lightly damaged in delivery. It was also delivered late and in piece meal.”

“I ordered a desk from BlueSpot, because they looked sturdy and very professional. I ordered a desk from Amazon before, and sadly that was as wobbly as jelly. The desks on their website look very smart, and nice. So I ordered a desk. I love the desk. Nice and sturdy, strong. And quite big. A proper desk. The reason I give it 4 out of 5 stars, is the delivery. At first I got 3 out of 4 parcels. Called them up, they said it was going to be delivered soon. When it was delivered, it was damaged at all four corners. Called again, was told a new desk was going to be delivered in a few days, that didn't happen, so I had to phone again. The new desk had no issues, but the total time from 'promised' delivery to having the desk set up was 3 weeks. The customer service was polite most of the times, but delivery problems should be a priority for BlueSpot. I am not the only one complaining about it, and it's been an issue for quite a while now, even prior to COVID-19. Ah well, I've got my desk. that's all that matters.”

We're sorry you didn't get your confirmation or dispatch notification emails though. These emails are automated on our system so should have been sent out to you. They can sometimes get caught in spam filters and in a small number of cases, they may not be delivered if there is an error in the provided email address.

“the office table got delivered as planned i unpacked the boxes to find there was not any legs, i rang bluespot and was told sometimes this happens and they are possibly on another van!! the legs did arrive the next day simple to put together ( done in 10 mins.) the table is strong and sturdy and well up to the job. i would be thinking of changing carriers ?”

“Overall I was happy with the quality of the product as it matched the description and pictures (which is not always the case when buying online). The desk definitely does NOT feel or look cheap. Ample storage in the pedestal attachment. Assembly was very easy. Delivery was on time too. Reason why I did not award 5 stars: When I was unpacking the pieces, I noticed quite a big scratch on the front face of the main panel. Since the desk is black it stands out quite a bit which is a real shame as the desk itself is very nice, however I need this desk for work NOW, I am not able to wait for any replacement/ returns etc....”

“Ordered a small desk for home from Kitoutmyofffice. The desk arrived, very good quality and sturdy materials for price. Great value for money! Only thing that went wrong is they supplied the wrong bolts for the legs. I rang their office the next day to a very polite and helpful women. She then emailed me for further information. I explained to her exactly which bolts were missing and she shipped out a new set immediately. The whole process was very quick. Amazing customer service!”
