“I ordered a desk with these guys after plenty of shopping around. The price was right and they had a desk that was pretty much exactly what I was after. The delivery came the next day, but unfortunately, the desktop had been damaged in transit. The customer service guy was incredibly helpful and got a replacement sent out to me for the following day. This was a bit of an inconvenience as it meant being at home for another delivery, so I've only given them 4/5. Other than that slight inconvenience, everything was great.”

“The furniture is really nice and easy to find on the website. Delivery was also really quick, but I was a bit disappointed with the kerbside delivery. After managing to get the desk inside, it was quick and easy to assemble, but they lose one star for the inconvenience of having to bring the desk into the house myself.”

“I needed a new desk for my office, but there are so many options I was getting confused. I then came across the furniture finder on kit out my office. That helped me easily find exactly what I wanted. Unfortunately, one of the panels got damaged by the delivery guy, who managed to drop it off the back of the van! The helpline were helpful and got a replacement out the next day, it's just a shame I had to wait an extra day for my complete desk. Now it's all here, the desk is great. Really good quality.”

“Stylish furniture at a good price. Well built too. Had some slight damage to the back panel of the desk, due to the courier dropping a package off the van, but the customer service people were dead helpful and got a replacement out to me the next day.”

“Fantastic desk at a great price. I ordered at 1:30pm for next day delivery, but the delivery didn't come until the following day, which is a little disappointing. I spoke to customer service, who were helpful and told me their cutoff is 1pm. This seems a little early, so I've only given 4 stars. Otherwise, everything was great.”

“We are very happy with the desk that we ordered for our office. It's strong and looks good. We had hoped to get it next day, but missed the 1pm cutoff which seems a bit early. It came as we were advised the following day, so there wasn't a major delay.”

Unfortunately, due to the size and weight of our items, we are limited to a small number of couriers. This means that our next day service cut off is limited by the booking times of our couriers at this time.

Hi David, We're very sorry there was an issue with the delivery. We require all of our packages to be signed for, so we have checked with the courier. According to their records, the package was signed for under the name 'Featherhill'. “I bought a table, a side unit and four chairs. I have to say the chairs are wonderful...very stylish and comfortable. Annoying that the delivery company didn't come on the scheduled date, but the person I spoke with at the office was very nice and tracked them down for me. The instructions for the table weren't fantastic so it took me a couple of tries to put it together, but I got there in the end. The side unit however is not great. It doesn't have a lot of height between the floor and the doors so it was dragging on the floor when opening it. I had to put rubber feet pads underneath to lift it up enough to stop the dragging. Consider it was probably the most expensive item, it was quite disappointing. Overall it looks smart, and I am happy with it. But it was a bit of effort to get it looking that way.”

Hi Tara, Thanks for the review. I believe that a member of our customer service team has been in touch since you submitted your review to discuss the issue with the doors on your side unit. We believe that there is a chance that you may have assembled the unit the wrong way up, as there should be a 10mm gap below the door to allow smooth opening and closing of the door. Thanks to your feedback, we are currently looking into ways to help future customers with assembly to prevent this issue.
