“The furniture looks fantastic. Some sort of instruction for putting the desks together would have been helpful though particularly as the website instruction are just "coming soon".”

“I bought the UCLIC Engage Corner Desk + Cupboard + Overhead Storage, and opted for the free next working day delivery. Unfortunately, my chosen colour for the cupboard doors was out of stock (even though the website said 'In Stock'), which meant a bit of back and forth between KOMO and the supplier UCLIC. I was desperate for a desk and took one then two days off for a delivery that they weren't clear when would show up. Of course this was disappointing and irritating. Finally the cupboard doors arrived, and to compensate my wait and save taking further days off, KOMO agreed to deliver the desk on a Saturday for free. :) The desk was simple enough to put together as well, no parts were missing, save for one metal hole that needed to be opened up a bit bigger to fit the screw - sorted that with a butter knife. Happy product, happy customer at the end of the day. :) But perhaps KOMO could re-consider how they list their stock live on the website.”

“I ordered the desk for my daughter who is studying for Higher Exams ( Scotland). We liked the styling of the desk and the fact that it was a small British company. The website was user friendly and helped us to choose the style and colour of desk. There were loads of different options to chose from. The delivery was prompt and as advised. Unfortunately there was a problem with one of the parts but this was quickly resolved. The staff member on the telephone was polite and helpful and my call was followed up with an e-mail to keep us informed of what was happening. The assembly of the desk was easy and quick. All in all we are really pleased with the product and happy with the service. There is also a good guarantee on the product.”

“Clear ordering system and confirmation, quick delivery as stated on website. Desk well protected and packaged. Perhaps the only improvement would be introducing a delivery system that enabled customers to identify a smaller window for delivery. 8-6 is a long time to wait for delivery.”

“The end result made me happy. However, it took me and my uncle 3 hours to put this piece of kit together!! It was not as easy as stated! Also, one bolt was the incorrect size - it was oval and the hole in the wood was round - really frustrating! Plus there were two screws missing which were crucial for holding the back of the desk together. We were really cross by this point - so I was not impressed. Saying that, the desk looks good quality and is exactly what I wanted.”

“The Create desk arrived really quickly in various pieces so I was able to lift each piece up the stairs to my home office. The instructions were ok-showed how to assemble the drawers and the legs but perhaps one piece showing how to put together the whole create desk would have been better-I had to go on the website and look up the video. That being said, I managed to put it together with a bit of help from my 8 year old daughter to lift it up. It does look really nice. I would use this company again. I think next time if I order more pieces for my office I would use the installation option. Yes, overall I would recommend.”

“The guy who came to install was brilliant! He completed the installation much quicker than I thought, and I am really happy with the products. The only down side was the communication beforehand, and having to ring to find out what time he was coming. As I had been told I would be advised of this beforehand, it was irritating to have to make calls to find out.”
