“The customer service on the phone was excellent and the order was easy to process, however what did disappoint us was 4 out of the 6 items were damaged on unpacking. Even though corner protectors were used the items had not been handled in a very good manor as they were all broken, fortunately our carpenter that was in doing some work and put the items together has sorted out the damage and will knock out the dents in the frame. Only 1 items was really bad but as he could put it right it was easier than facing the hassle and sending back and being with out the desks.”

“I'm pleased with the look and size of the desk, I only had a small area to fit it into and it fits perfectly. However it has a scratch on the desktop and damage on the corner of the backboard. I've tried to contact KitOutMyOffice on the email: we-care@kitoutmyoffice.com but haven't had a response. Other than that I'm happy with the desk.”

“All aspects of customer service were excellent with the exception of delivery. The courier told me that he made 'kerb only' deliveries, so I should collect my package/ parcel from his car! When I refused, he became extremely discourteous, and even asked me what kind of illness I had that precludes me from picking the package from his van. "I was not impressed" is an understatement of how that made me feel.”

“Product as described, delivery fast. Disappointed the delivery driver wouldn't help my disabled wife bring the desk inside the front door. Desk is great but strange instructions for attaching the pedestal (no predrilled holes).”

“Good selection of products. Easy to navigate website. Nice to know stock availability and super prompt delivery time. The reason behind not getting five stars....my product was filthy. It looked liked it had sat uncovered in a warehouse for months. Luckily with a good cleaning product, it came up clean. So poor quality control. Excellently packed though.”

“We are currently experiencing a problem with the chair and not functioning to our satisfaction. Gareth has been very helpful in trying to resolve this issue and we are at present awaiting a replacement which will hopefully solve our problems.”

“Customer Service great. Like the fact that I could reply to your "Delivery email" and your response and rescheduling was instant. Disappointed that the fixings were not included for the desk drawer but again your response to an email was very quick and the fixings are on their way...”

“Lovely desk ,very stable . Was tricky attaching the top to the base as were lots of holes to choose from but managed in theend.”
