“Product was Damaged on arrival but customer services quickly sent replacement parts. Happy with the service received. Value for money item and just the job for what I needed in the home office.”

“I am generally very happy with the desk. Its assembly was quite straightforward, although the instructions were either incomplete or some parts missing because I had to use some common sense to complete the build, the instructions did not tell me every step I loved the ingenious door hinge design, I’ve not seen this tool-free design before and it was very easy to fit the door using them! The desk was delivered in 5 packs. Every one was damaged and/or open but luckily no obvious transport damage to the furniture or parts missing, but possibly something to discuss with your courier. Similarly, nearly every panel of the desk had minor damage; apparently from the manufacturing process. None was visible when assembled (laminate damage around fixing holes or chips in the shelf edges) but, again, ongoing failings in production control could result in visible damage in future.”

“Was OK except I believed that the desk was 1200 x 800. it was not so disappointed. Was late coming as they sent it to the wrong town even though I included the correct daetails including postcode. the kit is OK just smaller than required.”

“Table was delivered on time as promised, it’s very easy to assemble. It’s not glossy white, kind creamy white. Table is 800mm beep it’s about 100mm to deep, 600 to 700mm depth would be the right size for home use”

“I initially purchased 2 KOMO two drawer filing cabinets which are very good and wanted 2 desk high storage cabinets to match them. I was a bit concerned that the cabinets were flat packed and there are comments in previous reviews that the instructions were not good, too many bits and pieces were provided or not enough, extra holes needed to be drilled ..... but decided to go ahead anyway. The parts of the cabinets were indeed flat packed - but well protected by the packaging - the instructions were OK and, though there were too many bits and pieces, all the ones needed were there. The only comment I would make is that the screws for the parts on the doors were not as specified but there were enough similar screws for what needed to be done.”

“Very nice, well made product. A good size and a particularly nice colour (yellow) which looks great with the rest of the furniture in the room. The only down side was that the instructions, fixings and cupboard didn't relate to each other. Forthunately we're used to that and have a stock of spare screws from other "self-construction" projects!”

“The holes are too shallow. I saw this on an Amazon review so was prepared for it but was disappointed that the issue still exists. I actually broke a screw attempting to force it into the hole. This piece cries out for some glue. Having stuck the parts together it is now considerably more study. I also added a brace half way down at the front and back. I think the baskets would work much better if they sat on top of the guide rails rather than in grooves. The baskets would need to be slightly wider or the unit slightly narrower. I sanded and waxed the grooves to make them slide better. I would have paid more for the above to be included.”

“Ordered in blue it is a lighter more green blue colour but nice. Building from flat was not a great experience as there were far too many extra components which was just confusing. Also aligning the doors is tricky. But ok for a study!”

“The table is nice, easy to put together the black veneer has come off on one of the edges , I haven’t complained as it is underneath, but definitely damaged in transit slightly Also there are lots of holes drilled in to the wood, so the desk can be configured different ways ! It would be good to have some black round sticky pads to put over these holes, as the holes do stand out and pop out to your eye as they are not black Think these would make the desk look better Thanks”

“Very quick delivery, but leg was broken and corner of the table, must say the sorted very quickly and we had a replacement the next day, would order off them again.”

“I wish the item I bought had been on next day delivery, but it wasn't. Oh well. It actually arrived two days early, which is a bit odd, but luckily I was around to receive it. As for the furniture itself, it is robust, solid, good looking, etc. There was one step of the assembly which was pretty much impossible as described in the diagram (at least not without a magnetised screwdriver, which I don't have), but otherwise the assembly was simple and quick.”

“I haven't really had much direct dealing with the company, but the ordering and delivery process was very straightforward (although their website's a bit slow). My only minor complaint is that I sent Bluespot an email about the pricing of a particular product that was never even acknowledged. I was pleased to be able to buy what I wanted from a British company when many similar products in this price range are of Chinese manufacture.”

“The problem was the bag that had the bolts was bust and we had too many instruction leaflets for different desks otherwise i love the desk.”
