“Service re purchase and delivery was ok. However product didn't appear to have instructions on how to us the brace. I.e. where to place the firm rib on the limb.”

“There are NO “BOTS” here. I did think “Maria” was a BOT tho!! My reasoning on this was that she came back with answers to my questions quickly. Then gave much needed advice. I wanted to buy a knee brace for stress fractures, but she clearly knows what she’s talking about, she advised that another product may be more suitable but check with Dr. The postage was fair and reasonable. The time to receive was earlier than expected. I’ve dealt with other so called “health”companies with much regret and loss of money. The way “Body Heal” conduct themselves is second to none. It’s been a very long time since I’ve dealt with someone who knows so much about their products. Her communication coupled with respect, I’ll never look elsewhere. Well done to you Maria. If your bosses are reading this, I feel a 23.5% (random % I know!) pay rise would be wise. There’s head hunters out there. If they get one sniff on how great she is….. well who knows what the outcome would be. I bet now you’re going to say that Maria is the owner hahaha. Thank you so much. Serendipity:)”
