“Ordered an abdominal belt online for express delivery as I needed it urgently. Long story short, due to a change of circumstances i had to cancel reluctantly. I messaged them at 1am asking if I could cancel and they replied back early like 6 or 7am saying they could provide a refund. They didn't interrogate me to approve the refund, they were very sympathetic and very helpful. Really great customer service and I'll definitely order something in the future because their products are really good quality from my research and organised my refund pretty quickly as I got an email straight away from Afterpay confirming. Thanks, its very difficult to find decent companies these days with a human side will”
