“Product arrived as stated, conflicting messages from Oz Post regarding when or if? I was going to recieve this item, maybe look at alternate options for delivery?”

Hi David! Thank you for your feedback. We use Australia's best and most trusted delivery service but they're facing issues mostly due to the restrictions. AusPost is facing delays all through the network, some delays are significant and it also affected the shipment updates on their site. These delays have affected our reputation, but believe me, we're trying our best to be as transparent as possible. Your order was dispatched promptly on the 31st of January since you placed your order on the 30th of January at 10:37 pm. Unfortunately due to the unprecedented situation at the moment with COVID-19, Australia Post is suffering from congestion in their network. We are still dispatching orders promptly every business day however the issue has been Australia Post. There's only so much we can do in situations like this, we use Australia's best and most trusted delivery service but they're facing issues mostly due to COVID restrictions and factor in the fact that your order was shipped out during the holiday season. We have had a notice on every page that links to our Corona Virus page warning our customers that delays are possible, especially with free standard shipping. This is why we have been recommending Express Post. AusPost is facing delays all through the network, some delays are significant.
