Hi Julia, Thanks for leaving a review and I'm sorry you weren't happy with the delivery time. After checking your order I see that your order was in fact delivered on time. Your order was placed on 1pm on Friday, after our 7:30am cut off for same-day dispatch. https://www.bodyheal.com.au/pages/shipping-delivery However, we managed to ship it on the same day, earlier than advertised. Secondly, Wednesday was Australia day which is a public holiday. So the delivery time was Friday, Monday, Tuesday and finally delivered on Thursday. Within the 4 business day estimate we had given. We hope you consider this and re-review the service aspect of your order. I will be addressing your product issue separately.

“Excellent service. I ordered a Serola Sacroiliac Belt SIBv2. Prior to ordering I emailed BodyHeal several times and they promptly responded to me. The belt I ordered was too big for me and absolutely no issue in exchanging it. They even paid for return postage. Thank you.”
