“Postage was slow..paid for express but aus post are overwhelmed due to covid so not body heals fault. They refunded the shipping component. Automated email regarding query is annoying.”

Hello Kathleen, Thank you for your feedback and for your understanding of why Australia Post deliveries are delayed. I hope that the refund for the express post was able to compensate for the frustration you experienced with your delivery. However, we clearly stated on our website / COVID Page at that time that Australia Post is experiencing delays due to countrywide restrictions and those are just estimated deliveries. I hope this helps. As for the automated emails, we are so sorry about that, those are already been set up in our system for all our customers however I have removed your email in our system/email marketing so you won't be receiving any of those anymore.
