Poor service all over. Paid for express postage on Monday, by Friday still not posted, false tracking number supplied. Worst customer service response ever another week later. “We will refund only when item is returned to us” even though I never received said item??? Then a second person jumped on the conversation and tried to tell me there was a communication mix up? Finally refunded the money and I ordered of Rebelsport.com.Au and had next day. Too bad we were looking at buying from this bunch to stock our business, not now. Extremely disappointed.

Hello Brian Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry that you are not satisfied with our service. As per our previous emails due to COVID-19 restrictions that express post takes 6 business days or more. Please note that you purchased after our cutoff of 7:30 AM on Monday(October 25), which means your order was shipped out the next business day on Tuesday (October 26). We have a COVID-19 Shipping Delay banner across every page at the top and our shipping page also had this information. We try to be as up-front as possible about the delays Australia Post were having. We're not sure by what you mean by False Tracking number as the tracking number we provided is correct and was showing the shipment status of your parcel on the Australia Post page. The first update on the day we dispatched was "Received and ready for processing" followed by "delayed" a few days later. Not delayed by us, but delayed by AusPost. Here is your tracking number: 33F8Q536345601000960805 | https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/#/details/33F8Q536345601000960805 Once we saw that it had been past 6 business days we processed a refund for your express post charge on the 4th of November. After we issued a refund for express post, you requested a full refund. We understand your frustration and the reason why we informed you that we can not issue a refund just yet is that your parcel can still be delivered to you even after we requested a return to sender. Having dealt with AusPost through the worse of restrictions we knew everything was delayed with them. Our plan was to issue a full refund once we saw that it was back in VIC. However, because we try to provide the best customer service possible, our manager took over and issued a full refund and responded to your email. We're sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you. As per our last email, we are improving our systems to track all parcels internally. Including delays, in transit, etc. This will help in reducing situations such as this. We appreciate the feedback. Feel free to let us know if you have any questions or concerns. Thanks BodyHeal

Service was great; however it was not the product I anticipated. Do you have another version of the knee brace that does not open at the back & has less 'protection' either side if the knee? That is the version I borrowed from a colleague & was expecting. Thanks Marion

As you can see this product has a vast majority of positive feedback and provide the support that most of our customers need. However, like any garment/support, there are exceptions such as yourself. Everyone is made differently so it's difficult to have one product that is 100% accurate for everyone. Our returns policy allows our customers to try on the product for fit, comfort, and effectiveness. We have a 30-day return policy. Returns have to be received in an as-new condition with its original packaging and will be inspected upon return. Please note products that are worn (more than to judge suitability or fit) will not meet our return policy. For exchanges to a different size/color/product, we will pay for shipping both ways. What I received is NOT WHAT I WAS LOOKING AT or what I ordered, the sling that I end up receiving is ok, it does the job but the strap around the neck needs a lot of redeveloping to improve the comfit of wearing the sling. The one I was looking at and ordered was the one that had velcro to attach the neck strap to the front of the sling just behind the wrist. Delivery was very fast it only took a couple of days.

Hi Gaye, Thanks for leaving a review. I'm sorry you weren't totally satisfied with our service. I had a look at your tracking link and your product arrived within a week. It was also shipped the morning after your order was placed around 8pm local time, which is in line with our performance check. September and October were notoriously bad months for Australia Post. You can see our COVID shipping page which we have linked to from every single page on our website. This is so our customers are well aware of the situation before they place an order. https://www.bodyheal.com.au/pages/covid-19-corona-virus-update So given the circumstances, delivery within a week from the worst affected state to WA is quite good. Is it good for 2020 standards? No definitely not, but given what the situation was like in VIC we're fairly satisfied. Regarding returns, we have all the information here. https://www.bodyheal.com.au/pages/return-exchange You can see that we have a returns portal that effortlessly spits out a return label so it's easy for our customers. The link to our returns page can be found on our website, at the top and the bottom. Your delivery also has instructions for returns too. There can be confusion when a customer opts to return it themselves. As we have no way of tracking it. We received your return last week and sent an email with some suggestions, as it seems like you would like an exchange. So we're awaiting your response. If no response is received in a day or two we will automatically refund your order. Thanks, BodyHeal
