“I've purchased from BodyHeal multiple times last year and so far this year. Their customer service is exceptional, both in terms of product advice as well as fast and timely delivery. On occasions an item has been temporarily out of stock however BodyHeal has always provided honest and accurate advice as to when the item would be available ... and it has always been forwarded exactly as promised.”

“I bought the McDavid adjustable elbow strap 486 and it truly exceeded my expectations. It is wide compared to similar items sold in the market meaning you get more coverage around the area intended. Best of all, customer service is great. Highly recommended.”

“Accomodating service. I wanted to order items to take up a sale offer but some items were out of stock. Staff placed a back order for me so I could avail myself of the discount. Not many business that I know of do that. The elbow strap was sent separately as it was already in stock. My husband wears the elbow strap for trades work as he has tennis elbow. He said the strap is still a little awkward to slip through the plastic loop but that that's because it's so new. The strap does the job well of supporting his elbow and helping the reduce pain and discomfort.”
