Absolute scam, don’t use this site! They’ll charge you for items that are poor quality and don’t look anything like the pictures. I ordered two dresses and both turned up three weeks later. Their policy is that the items can not be returned after two weeks and the website promises that it will be delivered before then. What a scam! These people don’t have any integrity and when I emailed them I kept getting a firm no. And when I tracked their IP and found they were operating out of a proxy bouncing around in the middle of the bay near Canada and pointed out them that their online address listed is a hotel in New Mexico, I contacted their host server to mention they were a scam website, they changed the name of their website! What a bunch of lousy, no good criminals! Don’t trust this site, spend the money somewhere else and don’t fund these degenerates any further.

Save and yourself the time and money and don't order from Boho factory Horrible customer service and cheap fabric. The Waterfall Cape Jacket is the absolute worst! The back of my neck and arms broke out into hives from how itchy the material was. The pattern on the Stylish LA Romber didn't even match up. But the worst part about this whole experience is their customer service. They do NOT have a customer service number and that is bc they don't want you to get ahold of them! Also I still haven't gotten all of my items.

I ordered 2 dresses - same dress, different size as I wasn't sure what I needed. I felt comfortable in doing this as they advertise "free returns" all over. Once I checked out I realized the dresses were coming from China and not Michigan, like their website shows as their address, I emailed them about shipping. I was going to wear the dress to my brother in laws wedding that was out of state. I ordered the dresses with 2 weeks to spare, and Boho Factory assured me the dresses would be delivered in plenty of time, but did not offer to upgrade for faster shipping (I would have happily paid more for this). The dresses were supposed to be delivered the day before I left town; however, there was an issue with USPS in Chicago, IL and they were not delivered until a few days after I left town. Now I understand USPS is out of their control, but I had no use for the dresses and requested a return. I emailed Boho Factory, again, and received the following response... "Your order has been delivered to you within the timeframe. And upon checking the item you purchased was on sale and according to our policy Sale items are not refundable. That's why we cannot give you a refund for that." When I told them that was ridiculous, they responded "I'm sorry to hear that and again we do apologize for the inconvenience caused you. Allow me to help you in a creative way. We will send another item with the size and color you prefer for free, but you’ll have to cover shipping fees. We want you to be happy so you can keep the first order without sending it back." Sorry, but I don't want anything else from them except to return the dresses and get a refund. I just tried the check-out process again (didn't purchase or enter payment information) and no where on check out or on the item page does it say clearance OR non-refundable sales policy. If either were the case it should be displayed clearly on the pages so people are aware. I certainly would not have purchased the dresses had I known that. Also if there was an option for shipping for faster delivery I would have selected that to ensure it was received by the time I needed it. I understand neither of us could foresee the USPS delay - I have tried working it out with them, but they take no responsibility for anything, don't care as their delivery dates aren't guaranteed, and offered no solutions. After more back and forth and not getting anywhere I finally demanded that they refund my money and send me a return shipping label otherwise I would be contacting my credit card company and filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. So they responded with their return address in CHINA and told me to send it their and send them the tracking number otherwise they wouldn't give me a refund. NO YOUR WEBSITE SAYS "FREE RETURNS". HONOR IT. After researching how much it would cost to return the dress to China ($70+ on USPS and UPS), here I am letting you know that they don't honor it and that apparently everything on their website is clearance and the free returns don't apply. Af

Poor quality materials (like see-through!), odd sizing and impossible to return. Will not give me the returns address despite asking 3 times! Trying to delay past the 15 day policy!

Where is the zero star button!! Absolute joke this site is, don't be sucked in to their pics, ur clothes will come looking nothing like what's shown on their site and near impossible to get a refund! Scammers!!

Bought a dress. Doesn’t look like the picture at all!! Way too big and wide at the top, bottom part fits. Can’t wear this at all, don’t even think an alteration will make it fit better. Also no refund possible 😡 Offered to send me another dress if I pay postage...why would I want another dress that has the same or similar flaws. I wanted a refund! NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER AT ALL!!!

The worst company ever. The merchandise is very poor quality. They make it impossible to return. I didnt receive 5 of the 8 items I ordered. To be fair I asked them to not send me anything else after I received the first 3 because the stuff was so awful.they charged me for all 8 item and I can’t get my money back. I wish I would have read these reviews first.

Poor quality DO NOT BUY!!! I returned everything back and had to pay for shipping. Complete waste of time and money. The dresses were different from the images provided. Cheap and nasty. Avoid at all cost.

Poor quality and customer service. Despite claiming to be an American based company, this is definitely a direct to customer Chinese company. Customer service number leads to an answering machine and it’s impossible to speak to anyone, ever. Extremely annoyed after several back and forth emails from what seems to be a machine. Paid 35$ for a 5$ dress made of cheap, sheer fabric. STAY AWAY

Ordered two items online. One of them I decided to keep because I really liked it. The other item I have been trying to return for a month and I followed all rules they stated online in their return policy. I keep getting the same generic responses and am unable to get a return address. So I am stuck with a $35 shirt I will never wear because the quality is not good. Item is not what was pictured. So if you think you may need to return an item, good luck. Customer service awful.

It took them 2 weeks to send my item only after I emailed questioning where it was Customer service is terrible and difficult to get onto All generic responses Who knows if my item will actually show up I probably won’t have an outfit for my upcoming event And will have to buy from somewhere else

I ordered 3 items from Boho Factory and none of them were as pictured, the quality was horrible, worse quality than Forever 21, much much worse. When I contacted them within the 15 day return period they NEVER responded with an address to send the clothing items back, even when I followed up again. Save your money and DO NOT order from this site.

Horrible experience!! This is my first ecperience with Boho Factory. First I ordered three items and recieved two and I tried both dresses and feared the buttons would come off because of the quality of material and work. The first dress (Flight escape) made me look like a slutty amish women wearing a third grader's home ec project. The second dress (Deep meaning) looked nothing like the photo online and feared the button and dress would rip apart while buttoning because of the poor quality. I read the return policy and it states it will not return any items on sale; they ad sale prices on everything; I suspect this must be their scam. I spent $106 dollars on virtual trash. I will make several attempts to get my money back. I just dont want others to be scammed off their hard earned money. Dont buy off this site!! Very upset and disapointed!!

The item came damaged with a stain on it and the company forced ME to pay shipping back on THEIR mistake. It’s costing more in shipping then the dress is even worth and it wasn’t even my fault!

I ordered their black and white striped flare pants, it took at least 25 days to arrive, the material is so incredibly cheap, and I have lingerie that is less see through. I can’t wear these pants anywhere. For the same price I ordered flare pants from three birds nest, the pants arrived within the week, wonderful material, accurate sizing, and comfortable. I will never order anything from boho factory again.

Never received a tracking number or confirmation. They do not respond to emails. I spent over $200 & I have not received my purchase in its entirety & I’m not sure I will. The jacket/cardigan the one item that o have received fits my 7 yr niece.
