Ordered two dresses and they don't look anything like the picture! the material is so so cheap and looks like it's going to break soon. Not even the print matches the picture.
I have contacted them via email, I have been asked to send pictures of showing what's wrong and when I did I never heard back from them! For a week. I tried all social media messages, emails, they just ignore me. So disgusting! I'm sure they are waiting for the 15 days return policy to run out.”

“This website is such a SCAM. I wish I had read the prior reviews sooner. I purchased two dresses from Boho Factory and after googling reviews later that evening, I attempted to call to cancel my order and obtain a refund. I made the call less than 12 hours after my purchase. I NEVER got a reply until “after it shipped (aka with no tracking number).” RED FLAG number 1, their phone number on their website rings once and then directs you to their customer service on their webpage. You CANNOT speak to a representative. Everything is done by email, and you’re lucky to even get a response. RED FLAG number 2, returns and refunds can only be made on non-sale items. The entire site is on sale, so no refunds will be made. RED FLAG number 3, their reviews section on their webpage are all positive reviews; however, there is no post date to when these reviews were made. This suggests that the company paid people to make a positive review for them, or they copied and pasted reviews from other legitimate websites. RED FLAG number 4, did you notice that the individuals that posted reviews with pictures cut their head off in every photo to protect identity? Scroll through, I promise you won’t find anyone’s face in their “dress that they loved”. RED FLAG number 5, their address is registered in the states, but they are truly in China. RED FLAG number 6, during checkout, there is no added tax which I found really odd. DO NOT USE THIS SITE. If you have made a purchase, contact your bank immediately to request a claim. Good luck!”

I ordered from them because the site says “free returns “ 30 day money back guarantee as well. The dress I got was too see thru for me.
First... they asked me to send a photo of what is wrong with the dress. I guess they wanted to see my entire body thru the dress.. I didn’t sent a photo.
Second.. they said refunds are only available on full price merchandise. There is no full price merchandise on their site.
Third.. I sent back the items via USPS my dime, costing 25.79 and they are saying they cannot refund my money because I didn’t send it via tracking ( which cost 75.00)
Soooo they have the dresses and my money!!!! I have nothing!!no dresses and I’m out $72.98 and 25.79 shipping
Jerks!!! And they refuse to refund me the money. So where I checked the bottom box refund over 14 days..that means NEVER!!!!! I never got one😡😡😡”

I contacted them and they responded and then I contacted them again and again and again and haven't had a response. So I decided to take it further and lodge a dispute with PayPal and requested a refund through them. Apparently they have agreed to a refund so I am patiently waiting to see the money go back into my account. Worst online shopping experience ever. Everyone stay away! “Terrible quality. I couldn’t even get my arms in the lace sleeves because they were so skinny (I’m 5’ 10” and 125 lbs). The jumpsuit I bought was white and totally see through, and returns seem nearly impossible. Worst online shopping experience ever.”

this is the worst ever online shopping experience I have had. Delivery takes for ever! I ordered items 2nd August 2019 and I am still waiting for their delivery on 26th Sep 2019!! they refuse to refund me as they claim that they have now posted the items via China post! China post website is a joke! but let's leave that for another day. it is showing my items as at Shanghai international airport since 15th August 2019.
