Customer service number leads to an answering machine and it’s impossible to speak to anyone, ever. Extremely annoyed after several back and forth emails from what seems to be a machine. Paid 35$ for a 5$ dress made of cheap, sheer fabric. STAY AWAY”
“Ordered two items online. One of them I decided to keep because I really liked it. The other item I have been trying to return for a month and I followed all rules they stated online in their return policy. I keep getting the same generic responses and am unable to get a return address. So I am stuck with a $35 shirt I will never wear because the quality is not good. Item is not what was pictured. So if you think you may need to return an item, good luck. Customer service awful.”

“I ordered 3 items from Boho Factory and none of them were as pictured, the quality was horrible, worse quality than Forever 21, much much worse. When I contacted them within the 15 day return period they NEVER responded with an address to send the clothing items back, even when I followed up again. Save your money and DO NOT order from this site.”
“Horrible experience!! This is my first ecperience with Boho Factory. First I ordered three items and recieved two and I tried both dresses and feared the buttons would come off because of the quality of material and work. The first dress (Flight escape) made me look like a slutty amish women wearing a third grader's home ec project.
The second dress (Deep meaning) looked nothing like the photo online and feared the button and dress would rip apart while buttoning because of the poor quality. I read the return policy and it states it will not return any items on sale; they ad sale prices on everything; I suspect this must be their scam. I spent $106 dollars on virtual trash. I will make several attempts to get my money back. I just dont want others to be scammed off their hard earned money. Dont buy off this site!!

“I ordered their black and white striped flare pants, it took at least 25 days to arrive, the material is so incredibly cheap, and I have lingerie that is less see through. I can’t wear these pants anywhere. For the same price I ordered flare pants from three birds nest, the pants arrived within the week, wonderful material, accurate sizing, and comfortable. I will never order anything from boho factory again.”

“After reading many of your comments and having the same horrible experience with this company (they are scammers), I called my VISA company and told them the situation and reported it as fraud. They investigated and gave me a full credit back on my credit card for my purchase. The dress I bought was / is unwearable it is of such poor quality I wouldn't even give it to charity. So...don't waste your time trying to get Boho Factory to refund or exchange your item - they won't. Instead, call your credit card company, report this as fraud and ask that they stop payment to Boho Factory and issue you a credit back.

“BEWARE!!! The dresses were received a month after buying. They came directly from China, not from the US. One of the dresses did not zip up as it was about 15cm smaller around the bust than stated on the sizing chart. The dresses were really poor quality and would be an embarrassment to wear. I emailed them and they replied with a link to the refunds page which states sale items cannot be refunded however all products are on sale - sneaky! I then put in a dispute with PayPal and they said they will refund me but I have to pay for the shipping to China from my own pocket which will be $34!!! No way should I have to be out of pocket and waste time going to a post office when a product is not as described. They should automatically offer a full refund or at least add the cost of shipping to the refund!”

“I ordered two dresses and only one arrived after taking a month. The dress that did arrive was not as flowy and elegant as the picture online. I emailed about the dress I didn't receive and the constantly said it was on its way then finally admitted they stopped selling right after I bought it so I couldn't get the product. “Please BEWARE! I am an educated professional who has experience shopping on-line. The visual advertising you see on your Facebook or Instagram advertisements is nothing compared to what you receive! Items APPEAR flowy, youthful, and of rich quality on your phone or computer screen, but what arrives is completely the OPPOSITE! This company is clearly based outside of the USA and offers unintelligible email correspondences that uses delay tactics when you contact them for a refund or even an exchange. I am presently in my sixth email correspondence with them, and not one of these has been with the same person. They request pictures of the "damage" but the damage is basically this: the fabric is beyond cheap and the sizing is infantile. Scam, Scam, Scam!”
“Their sizing is completely off (I used their measurements chart on the website) and the material is super cheap and junky. They have been avoiding me as I immediately requested a refund to return the items. I am now completing the chargeback to them through my MasterCard as their site offers free returns within 14 days and they are not following their own terms and conditions listed on their website. Absolutely do not order from here!!!!!!!!”
