“My experience was HORRIBLE! My 2 dresses took a month to get and they were cheap, thin, transparent material... also had a stain on them. Nothing was wearable! When I called their number to return they NEVER answer the phone so I was forced to email them. They responded saying the items are non-returnable and non-refundable since they were on sale BUT EVERYTHING IS ON SALE ALWAYS ON THEIR WEBSITE. DO NOT BUY!!”

They would not give me the return address and kept telling me that they could send me new items instead but i have to pay for shipping. I said No and No, of course. When I finally got it i was very disappointed. Boho factory is false advertising. The jumpsuit I received was NOT the jump suit I ordered. The one I got in the mail looked like a trash bag. Lol no joke a trash bag. Not even a clothing matierial.
I contacted the help email and at first they wanted me to pay for shipping to send it back... Haha! Heck no. No way i am going pay $35 to ship it back to China when it's not my fault they faulse advertise. NOW they are saying they cant refund me at all because it was a sale item. What? “All the reviews I read prior to ordering said if they ordered according to the size chart they had no problem so I did so. Unfortunately that was not correct information. I wear a size 11 normally and ordered the extra large- it was way to small and they would not do a refund because the item was on sale. I really like their selection however I will not order from them again.”
