“I started practicing through Boho beautiful at the age of 35. I couldn't even reach my knees when bending over! For two years i only took short classes on the youtube channel, the results were amazing! I became calmer and more focused, more centered and aware! My body had transformed to a more muscular lean and long form. I coud now easly place my entire palm under my foot and almost acheive the splits!!!Juliana and mark changed my life. It has now been 5 years of dayly practice I am a registered patreon and have purchased full programs off the website! 18 months ago i quit a 25 year smoking habbit. Non of these changes could have happened without my practice, my practice could never have happend without Boho beautiful! I send the both of you so much gratitude!”
