“Meeting the boys of Boho has changed my life forever. I have also - very excited- introduced my sister to enter in the universe of yoga. Years ago I practice Yoga, dance, ballet (as a child) and I have moved to a city far in the interior of the country where there are no groups or places to attend. I started buying many dvds on Amazon with workouts to be able to practice and continue learning. But I've left them all for Juliana's videos. It is a kind of charm that produces her sweet voice, the beautiful landscapes and the variety of exercises that she has proposed over the past 2 years that has captured me completely. I have Fitness, Pillates, Yoga, Yin Yoga, Vignasas, Relax ... everything to choose and change my day every day. So much creativity, so fluid, that I can follow the videos almost without looking, just getting carried away by her voice. She does series where it heats the body, includes stretching without injuring the muscles and relaxes the mind all at the same time. I have not met anyone like that personally. And compared to other videos of other teachers who propose the same thing, she achieves something that none has and is to link everything in a harmonious flow created by the whisper of her voice that gives continuity to the movements, allows internal connection with the body, breathing without Cut the movement. It is like a gentle dance to the sound of her words, music and beautiful landscapes, crowned with excellent exercises in unique combinations. I am very grateful to have met you. I love everything that besides YouTube free Videos I have acquired from your Store. It is an investment for all my life. It has brought me health, harmony and connection! and also inspiration in the beauty of life, travel, the beautiful places of the world, connect with that possibility in my approach to a more authentic life imitating them.
