“i am a regular customer of bonmarche spalding store i visit most weeks for a look and offers. However i find the quality and style have gone down since David Emanuel is no longer one of the designers. The smart casual look aimed at the 50 plus market who are a good portion of customers at this store. I am finding it much more difficult to buy as much clothing and am having to find other suppliers of size style and quality. I realise i might be the difficult one but on past few occasions i have asked other customers who agree they dont find as many outfits they like and also looking for other suppliers. i do hope it will improve in near future as it an important part of life. i like to look nice but cannot afford to pay to much.”

“Went to basildon store to collect my online order greeted by a surley plump young lady with pulled back black hair who made me feel like an inconvenience when I asked if my order was in. As I couldn't remember the exact day I placed my order . I was told that it takes a week to deliver to store I would receive a phone call when it had been delivered . I started to shop at this store as my sister in London uses it and decided to use the online shopping site as well ,bad move I have never been made to feel so uncomfortable as I was today . The funny thing was after i returned home I received a phone call to say it was there nasty women bad customer service.”
