“ I paid for delivery 3 to 5 days to store for online order. Didn't arrive in time and I have now paid delivery and return postage. Emailed customer services but no response yet. I purchased the item on 10th October. Paid with PayPal. Nobody interested once they have your money. ”

“ Ordered sandals online, paid delivery charge to deliver them to a store. Travelled 11 miles to pick them up. Sandals were too big, asked for a refund when I was at the store, was told sandals needed to be returned online. Absolute rubbish service. Returned them online and had to pay the postage. Will never ever buy or recommend this company again ”
