“ I will definitely not be ordering anything from Bonmarché online again. I paid by PayPal as it is a safer way to pay online and have now been told I need to pay the postage to return the item as cannot be returned to the store. Dreadful returns policy! Who ever packed the parcel had already peeled the returns label and attached to the bag. ”
