“ I like some of the Bonmarché clothes but have been caught out by paying through PayPal and then found out returns can't be taken back to the store and you have to pay the postage! ”

“ Two items of womens clothing for someone from Manchester were delivered to my address in Newcastle. I contacted Bon Marche who asked me to take it to a local store. There are no Bon Marche shops in Newcastle. I am disabled, in a wheelchair. It's their mistake so they should pay for a returns label or send a courier to collect. Useless company! ”
