“I’ve ordered from boohoo quite a few times over the last few years with mixed results. They have lots of nice things at decent prices but often the quality is disappointing. The material sometimes feels thin and scratchy if it’s polyester, so it’s worth checking the material before you buy. Sizing is sometimes a bit off but generally ok. Unfortunately their customer service is not great. I ordered a dress in blue, and they sent me a grey one. I contacted them about and they said to send it back and they would exchange it for the correct colour “subject to stock” I saw online the colour I wanted is now out of stock. This doesn’t seem fair that on me as it’s their mistake! Probably won’t be ordering from them again for a while.”
“Very fashion. However, their needlework are absolutely no go. Thread is coming off, some of the place not even attached. 4 out of items I have bought, 2 items already have some issues. About sizing, jeans are always the issue for me, because I don’t know should I follow my hips or should I follow my waist. Therefore, fast delivery, overall is good.”
“As a student i am always looking for the best deals, so once i came across Boohoo i had to order the prices seem very reasonable and affordable.
However after ordering different item though-out the year, i had mixed opinions on boohoo.

.but you really do pay for quality. the cheaper items tended to be thins and see though material, whilst the more expensive items had much better quality.

“I ordered a pair of trousers which arrived and were lovely only to try them on and they were 2 size too small, so l ordered another pair as l thought they were just wrongly sized, the other pair arrived and they were 1 size to small and they don't do a larger size, very disapointed (well unless l go into plus size) which l am not!”

Not once, not twice but 3x they put it anywhere around your house and sign on your behalf as if you received the item. Even if you're at home, they ring the bell and Chuck it by your door and run off.. what a joke!
YOU MUST STOP USING HERMES OR DEMAND THEY TRAIN THEIR DELIVERY DRIVERS. They are bunch of jokers!”
“The website was easy to use, and the delivery was fast and accurate. The choice was limited, in terms of styles and pricing. EG, only one type of jeans or tops for lots of money even in the sale.”
“Product was ordered Friday evening and arrived by Monday AM, also a pair of Men's shoes at £12 is great value. However, Shoe box was in a poor state when it arrived and scuff marks were on the shoes. Looked like whoever packed it was aware of the price I paid!”

Alot of their clothes are not great quality so I have had to send alot back, their sizes are unpredictable and something they cod defiantly be more consistent with.
The Only reason I continue to order from boohoo is because they offer free returns, other than that I probably wouldnt take the chance with ordering from them.”

“Boohoo is a great little retailer, and their customer services are good. However they only get 3 stars from me because of the courier they use - Hermes. An absolute joke of a carrier and it's sad that Boohoo uses them.
Unfortunately i will not be shopping with this retailer again because of Hermes. If i have noticed they use Hermes before i clicked 'check out' i would have clicked 'delete account' instead.”
