Horrendously bad quality
Horrendously bad quality. I end up having to send everything back.
I kept boots ordered July worn handful times and the heel on one has disintegrated and the material has fallen off front of boot
Disgusted
Must only make money off delivery charges they keep as such poor quality goods. Have heard so many bad reviews of late.

“My delivery disappeared since Thursday, I sent two emails to boo hoo and Hermes I heard it was lost, I asked for it to be resent half of it is missing and it's gonna be 3-5 days sent by Hermes again! No number to call and when I got an email the guy called me the wrong name! Never again.”
“This is the second garment I’ve order that has my size on the ticket and bag, but a size bigger on the actual cardigan. I ordered another that came today, this one is damaged, the wool is unraveling at the bottom. So frustrating, I know it’s free delivery but ordering, paying and waiting for refund after refund is ridiculous.”
“Still awaiting a “next day delivery” ordered on Thursday! Apparently went to the wrong depot, asked them to cancel as needed it for the weekend and they won't. Have to return and wait 21 days for the money to be paid back. First order this week took 3 days on next day delivery and they sent a £5 off code to order again. Wish I hadn’t bothered!”
“First of all, I paid for next day delivery and didn't get it. It wasn't as late as some other reviewers, but still late. Most importantly though the clothes were awful quality and had a horrid, plastic-y smell. A jumpsuit I ordered (that was originally priced around £25) was made of paper-thin material with no give. It did not look as advertised. Very disappointed in the quality of my order, though I did receive I refund within one week of returning it.”
“When I placed my order I got an email which said that my delivery will reach me in 7 working days (to Europe countries). I payed extra money for that delivery. It means that the latest date would have been 2nd of the September, but it arrived on 16th of the September. It was their responsibility to make sure that my parcel will arrive on time. They ruined my friends wedding for me, because I ordered some clothes to go to my friends wedding and I couldn`t do it. Also they refused to refund me, so they are absolutely rude and they do not care about their customers at all. I am very disappointed. By the way, dont trust their size chart :) sizes are smaller than it should be.”
“I purchase a pair of what were described as STRETCH vinyl high waisted leggings in a size 16. On taking them from the packaging it became obvious that they were nothing like the picture online as below. Cheap thick bin bag material, absolutely no stretch. None at all. No high waist. Dreadful shape. Strange waist band which was pointed at the back. Waist band was twisted inside the material. I was unable to pull them further than my knees due to no stretch. Worst piece of clothing I have ever purchased.”
“The first dress I ordered looked COMPLETLEY different than in the picture, color and fit and material all way different than expected. The second dress I ordered 2 of as they were for a wedding and both my friend and I had rips along the seams of the second dress within 15 minutes of wearing it. I would say you get what you pay for but I spent about 50E on the dress so it should at least last me one evening...”
“I would give 0 stars if I could. Shocking service. Daylight robbery. I placed an order for an item and paid next day delivery. This was on the 4th Sept. Its now the 9th and I still haven't received the item and have been advised it wont be with me until the 18th. And they wont refund me the next day delivery charge.”

“Poor quality clothing, bought a pack of two maternity tops supposed to be the same size and fit and one was shorter and smaller than the other.
Just returned another two tops due to them being a nasty cheap material and poor fit.”
“Delivery is slow and expensive. I have paid half as much for international delivery with similar companies and have received my order in a few days. Not recommended if you need your clothing for a particular event, I wouldn’t trust it to get there in time.”
