“Useless
So I order something for a party only to find out they are very busy and its going to take too long! When I try to contact them, no number, no email, made VERY difficult. When I eventually managed to get hold of a human they said tough basically, even though the item has not even left the warehouse or been processed I would have to wait for it, receive it, and then go to the time of expense to return it. Must like charging you postage for nothing the con artists! When I tried to respond to the email guess what? No! You cant, its undeliverable no return email! Pointless and stupid, very angry with the incompetents and wont ever order from them again out of principle, so unhelpful!”
“I spent over £200 in the black Friday deals at Boohoo & sent back every single item. These included jeans, tops, dresses & jewellery. The quality is so so awful. Will never order from them again. Should have stick to ASOS!!”
“Terrible customer service - no number to call. The standard delivery may take up to 10 days which in my opinion is ridiculous. No company I know has rules and delivery times like this. Make sure you order right items as you cannot cancel or change it at any point even if your order hasn't been dispatched yet and there is still 9 days till your expected delivery date.”

“I understand people experience things differently but I've ordered 2 lots of deliveries with the standard shipping and both came within 48hrs. 1st I ordered on the Sat 11pm and got them on the Monday and the 2nd lot ordered past 1am Tuesday night(Wednesday morning) and got them Thursday morning. 1 pair of jeans out of the 9 items I ordered were too big (I'm currently inbetween sizes atm) but giving them to my sister. The rest is absoloutely fine. I knew the quality wasn't going to be amazing but its good enough for what you pay and I was actually pleasantly surprised. My fave items have to be the pale pink Tracksuit and the super high waisted ripped skinny jeans. They fit like a dream. Super pleased. Super fast delivery and all round very happy.”

“Completely disappointed ☹️ After Paying £5.99 for PRECISE DAY delivery, wasting my time waiting at home to accept the parcel in the nominated time I selected last night AND being reassured yesterday by the customer services team that the parcel would indeed be with me today, low and behold, the parcel is delayed until tomorrow. I don’t need the items tomorrow as they were for an event tonight and I will now need to rush out this afternoon to purchase an alternative. Had been told by friends and family not to buy from boohoo due to bad experiences with deliveries and will not be doing so again.”

“Received my order a day late. Boohoo website suggested I was a size 12 (which is correct), no way are these garments a size 12 more like size 6! I couldn't even get them over my head to try them on. Returning my item and hope I get a refund.”

“I ordered my girlfriend birthday presents 14 days before her birthday, delivery said up to five days, emailed a complaint asking where they are, and the response I got was oh I can see that your parcel hasn’t moved in a few days, we’re sorry they didn’t get their in time for your girlfriends birthday!!!!
