“I posted a 5 star review 3 weeks ago. I did state, however, that I was still leery about ordering from them again. Nearly every rating / review site gives them poor ratings.
There's a reason, and I wish I had stopped at that first order.
I ordered from them the other night and used the 50% discount code for that evening. When I checked out, the total did not keep the discount.
I contacted them within a minute of my purchase.
Three different reps insisted I never entered the code. All three refused any compensation, claiming nothing could be done, but they felt bad for the situation (???).
One even told me how to apply the code. DEH? If I say I did it, don't insist I didn't.
It makes me concerned now whether I'll be satisfied with this shipment.
Yeah... so, never again.”

Return and refund process are complicated, have tried to email but the answer given was not helpful at all. Return address is to the UK and the shipping cost is to be borne by the customer, so if you are based outside the UK just imagine how much the shipping cost would be. Definitely not worth the value.”
“I've used Boohoo on two occasions. The first time, the dress looked nothing like the picture provided on the site, the fabric was itchy and felt cheap, the sizing was completely off, and I returned the item for a refund. I hoped it was a one off, and did order another item from them a few months later, only to find the same issues. I won't buy from Boohoo again. The only upside is that they were did not make returns/refunds difficult.”

But I get a notice from the carrier that I am being charged for duties and taxes! I tried to get this resolved but they are non responsive!
