“My daughter ordered about £100 worth of clothes from Boohoo, all in a size 8. Everything fitted except for one skirt which was way too big. I asked Boohoo Customer Services if we could swap this skirt for a size 6. It took days for the Customer Services to properly answer my request, and when they did they said that I would need to reorder and pay another delivery charge (around £5). My daughter is going away this weekend and she won't have the skirt in time now.”

I ordered 15 items, 4 arrived, after a week of trying to get a response from someone and filling out the claims form, they assured me my items were now on the way. They sent me the EXACT SAME 4 items I had already received, and no sign of the others. It is impossible to talk to someone, despite what their emails say it takes over 48 hours for someone to get back to you, and when they do get back to you they send a generic email. The WORST service I've ever experienced. ASOS is absolutely incredible in comparison. I will never be shopping on boohoo again.”
“When I had an issue checking out and applying a limited-time-only 20% off discount code, i emailed Boohoo customer service. They replied within 24 hours and gave me advice to help solve the issue and check out. When I had sorted out the problem, the discount code had expired. However, one of the customer service advisors sent me a refund of 20% of my order on the same day! Great customer service!”

When the dress came it was too big :-( So the sizing is obviously accurate. I could of ordered my size after all. Excellent material and only £15 with discount on next day delivery!”
