“I been trying to receive/request management information. However, no representative have provided me with management or the legal department information so that I can file a complaint or obtain a fund. My son did not receive his items he order. Furthermore, if you contact boohooMan, you are not able to actually speak with a customer service representative unfortunately you will have to use twitter. This is so unprofessional.”

“Terrible terrible company, Ill keep this short. First ordered for next day delivery, took 4 working days to arrive. Ordered 3 t shirts all the exact same size and each one is a completely different fit, ones too short, ones too long, ones sleeves are tiny, ones bigger. Ordered all black shoes they came with white laces, like how do you mess that up? Also shoes are way too small despite me wearing size 11 my whole life. Got charged for full price next day delivery despite writing in a voucher but luckily got that refunded, dreadful failure of a company, no better than primark rubbish.”

“UPDATE! Just received both my packages, when I mean both I mean that I ordered 2 sets of the exact same thing in different sizes. One in XS and one MEDIUM,...guess what..they fit exactly the same. Some of my other mediums fit like larges while one fit like a small. Makes absolutely no sense. Contacted customer service through WhatsApp to deal with the problem and 3 different people (Christian,Hina and Gee) could not solve anything, their solution? Return everything and repurchase it in the CORRECT SIZE, how do you expect your customer to purchase something when YOUR sizing chart Is off?! Terrible..now I’ll have to pay close to $40 in shipping for shorts that don’t fit me and I can’t even keep.”

“Since this brand is cheap I wanted to give it a try. I ordered 2 pair of shorts and they’re insanely cheap made that I wouldn’t wear. Also I send email because they didn’t have any detail info like materials and care but I never received email from them. They don’t even know what material they use for their own products. That make sense that why they’re so bad at quality control. They don’t even know what they’re selling lol”

“Thought I'd add a positive note for Boohoo MAN. I've made several orders, never had any issue with returns or delivery. Yes, some items don't feel top notch quality, but why do people expect this when they pay cheap prices?!? Free returns in the UK, decent prices, neat designs - I highly recommend.”

“I have just received my XL shorts and I followed the size guide but the shorts are more like a medium and actually say a different size (in inches) on the tag?!!??! May try them once more to see if it's a one off but the reviews on here tell me it might be par for the course with these.”

“Just awful. Paid extra for speedy delivery. Can't find address. Doesn't bother calling. No apology from customer service and can't leave speak to anyone over the phone. There are tons of people desperate for jobs at the moment. Maybe hire some to deliver the minimum customer service Company lead by idiots”

“Don’t bother. Use ASOS were returns are far easier and cost you a lot less. I ended up paying $25+ for a pair of shoes I never wore.”

“I order 4 items from boohooman on April 23rd, package got shipped out the next day, the company sent me numerous emails saying my package will be delayed from 5-7 days, package was supposed to be delivered on May 5th never arrived, after a whole week come to find out my package got lost, i’ve contacted them through twitter and email and i’m constantly getting the run arounds about my package. i’m fed up with boohooman i hope they go out of business for the trouble they’ve caused me, i want my package and my money back!”
