“Since this brand is cheap I wanted to give it a try. I ordered 2 pair of shorts and they’re insanely cheap made that I wouldn’t wear. Also I send email because they didn’t have any detail info like materials and care but I never received email from them. They don’t even know what material they use for their own products. That make sense that why they’re so bad at quality control. They don’t even know what they’re selling lol”
“The fabric used is really low quality, the stitching is terrible, looks like they were sewn by hand in a garage.
Won't be getting anything else from them ever again.”
“Thought I'd add a positive note for Boohoo MAN. I've made several orders, never had any issue with returns or delivery. Yes, some items don't feel top notch quality, but why do people expect this when they pay cheap prices?!? Free returns in the UK, decent prices, neat designs - I highly recommend.”
“I have just received my XL shorts and I followed the size guide but the shorts are more like a medium and actually say a different size (in inches) on the tag?!!??! May try them once more to see if it's a one off but the reviews on here tell me it might be par for the course with these.”

“I order 4 items from boohooman on April 23rd, package got shipped out the next day, the company sent me numerous emails saying my package will be delayed from 5-7 days, package was supposed to be delivered on May 5th never arrived, after a whole week come to find out my package got lost, i’ve contacted them through twitter and email and i’m constantly getting the run arounds about my package. i’m fed up with boohooman i hope they go out of business for the trouble they’ve caused me, i want my package and my money back!”
“Still waiting on my items ordered and paid for 3rd of April meant to arrive on the 13th wasn’t shipped apparently until 29th although they lied and said they had ended up sending emails to the shipping company who actually explained Too me they had only created an order number without sending the product still in transit after two weeks so all in all my items probably won’t arrive for another few weeks so that makes an item ordered and paid for by the 4th of April now taking a month and a half to actually arrive and I’m not even sure it will be the right size waste of time in all honesty and I sure as hell will not be buying off them again ever. Judging by the return nightmare people have experienced if they don’t fit I’ll just give them to my gf”
“BoohooMAN by far the worst experience. Placed an order from the season 2 Quavo collection, it was the black flame print tracksuit which was over $80. The shipping took almost 3 weeks to get to my address. Open it up and it’s the wrong size!
My only option was to return it so that’s what I did, 1 month passed and haven’t heard a peep from them again even after I sent them several emails regarding the returning! Ridiculous company customer service, horrible shipping, and a complete disappointment!”
“Avoid Boohoo Man. I ordered 6 items and returned all 6.
1 item came with ripped packaging and also was a very bad fit for a muscle fit shirt (ordered 2 and returned both)
1 item was completely diffrent to how it looked in the photo and they trick you by saying 'zipped' joggers but doesn't state that the ankle is zipped and not the pockets. They were a size S and from ankle they measured up to my CHEST! I'm 5ft 8?!?!
1 item I ordered which was a vest, the vest looked like the sleeves had been cut off with a pair of scissors.
1 item came with a damaged logo and no tag which I took pictures of and now they have not refunded me for this item.
The last item being a short sleeved polo, the sleeves were incredibly short.
I was gobsmacked! Then a member of customer service had the cheek to email back saying 'sorry your items werent perfect for you'
First and last time I ever order from BooHoo Man. Ridiculous”
