Our records show that your order was received and processed within our estimated 3-5 business day processing period. Your payment was then issued the very next day! Since you selected check by mail, checks can take an estimated 3-7 business days to receive via USPS First Class Mail, but we do also offer PayPal payment options which would have had your payment to you much sooner. “I was disappointed with Bookbyte, this was my first time using them and after 3-4 weeks, I checked on the status of my returned book and they said it was still not received. I used the shipping label that Bookbyte sent me. After several emails back and forth, I was told that I would need to file a claim with the Post Office. It was not a good experience for me, but I am hopeful that I was an exception to the rule.”
