“The staff was very helpful and made it very easy. Even went above and beyond on keep track and updating me when i could make my order and they were in stock. Return time was excellent.”

“The service was great. There was a quick turnaround from the time I placed the order and the amount of time I received the books. However, I was never provided with the tracking information for the delivery so the books came earlier than was anticipated. The invoice and billing was delayed but did come. The representative I worked with was helpful.”

“This is the 4th year that I have placed a bulk book order with bookpal. I have never experienced any problems with any of my orders. They have the best prices you can find and their customer service is amazing! I highly recommend them!”

“We love Book Pal! It has helped us be able to afford more titles purchased for our students through a set amount of student fee money. Once the order gets in, the books arrive very quickly and at a bulk price! My only suggestion would be it would be nice if you could "pre-order" or have the books ready to go when you are paying with a purchase order. It can take a few weeks for our requisition to make to the company, so it would be nice if the books were ready to ship as soon as you received our order...but overall we love Book Pal and the customer service we have received!”

“Our school's recent purchase wasn't easy! We struggle with finding funds to purchase needed books and supplies, but Book Pal made it affordable for us to ensure that each student had a book for classroom study. The Book Pal customer service is also outstanding and personal. Great customer service and great prices! You have a great company...thank you for all you do to help our kids : )”

“Friendly and knowledgeable about the books I was looking for. Also had the CD version of the book that I was having a hard time finding. They quickly filled and shipped my order. And, I received a better price than what I was paying our previous vendor. We will definitely be contacting BookPal for future orders.”

“Stefanie was very helpful when I contacted her for my first book quote. We needed over a 1000 books for a reading program that we were doing. She was able to provide us with a quote and estimated time of arrival. I have had to ask for several more at this point and she has always been prompt with her responses and super helpful. BookPal was able to get us our books very quickly as well.”
