“I contacted this seller on approximately July 25 of this year regarding an order that was placed on AbeBooks. I know that USPS shipping can take a little bit of time, but the order appeared to be stuck in transit and had been sent through some third-party shipper. The seller waited nearly ten days to finally grace me with the courtesy of a response. As a former bookseller myself, I can fully appreciate a busy season, but waiting ten days to respond to a paying customer is absolutely absurd. There is no excuse for that at all, other than the possibility of maybe not wanting to provide good customer service.”
