“I love selling to books run, except...Having to travel a ways to get to Fedex, The app sometimes does not work, many times, I get a box together and come back to find the items are gone from the cart and the fact that it freezes me out after "too many scans".”

“I was quoted a payment of $26 when I sold/sent my books and when I received my payment I went back to look at my quote and it was $23. No where does it explain why and where I lost those $3. I have sold to them many times and I think this will be the last.”
