“I have books from 2 storage units and used the buyback program, will definetly use again. The book buyback program: 1) accepts a lot more books compared to competitiors, 2) buyback offers are reasonable considering sight unseen, 3) quick payment compared to competitors, 4) a few books I sent were in less than expected condition, the communication from BooksRun and options to resolve were prompt, reasonable and easy, and 4) both website and app are easy to navigate and extremely user friendly throughout the entire process.”
