“Great way to earn a little extra money. Thank you for a very easy to use app that scans books with your phone, and keeps a list of books to be sold, sets up a ur code to give to usps, pack up books, and send them in. Can not be simpler.”

“Horrible customer service. DO NOT USE. If you want to be able to return the book after purchase do not use this site. If you are okay with receiving the book no matter how damaged it is then go ahead. When trying to resolve an issue with a book they simply turned me to the seller rather than mediating.”

“My books got hung up in the Philadelphia distribution center, and I'm not even sure that BooksRun has received them. I filed an inquiry with the post office, and was told that because of the number of books that they get, they send a trailer to pick up all of the books at once. Still, they issued me a check for the contracted amount, even though I think that my books are still in the Philadelphia distribution center, at least according to USPS tracking.”
