“90% of the time Booksrun gives me the best price. They make it easy to ship the books back. My only complaint is I wish they used Venmo. But that is certainly not a dealbreaker for me.”

“Currently BooksRun has some of the most competitive prices in the buy back market. Having said that, here are a couple of things they can do to improve customer satisfaction. When you scan a barcode into the search field and hit enter, the cursor doesn’t stay in the search field and you have to move your mouse again and click on the search field again in order to scan the next barcode. The other thing is that I don’t trust you to pay me for more expensive buybacks. Every time that I sent in a more pricey buyback over $10 it was flagged as potentially counterfeit.”
