“I am sorry to say that on my first use of this site/book buyback program that they claimed a page was torn in the front of one of the books, but it was not torn when I shipped it to them. I had also packed the books tightly in a box, with packing around them, for the shipment to booksrun.com, so their claim that I did not pack the books correctly for shipping is what caused the torn page issue. Finally, booksrun.com adjusted down the pricing on all of the books that I sent to them, even the one that had not been hardly cracked and was in mint condition. I would not recommend their service to anyone else based on my experience.”
