“When I have received my book it was falling apart! They duck taped the spine together. There were also a lot of obnoxious stickers all over it. It took forever to scrape a little bit of it off. The book is readable non the less. So it will do.”

“If a negative rating were available, I would select it. The moderately expensive book arrived with boards torn from spine, in a loose plastic mailer, no protection. Things happen; I get it. I reached out via support email the day the book arrived, explained the problem, and provided a photo. Two weeks later, there still has not been a response. It's almost certainly best to avoid doing business with this fly-by-night outfit.”

“BooksRun.com was an amazing experience and was deserving of five stars. They are very affordable and had easy to follow instructions for how to rent/buy any book. It was easy to find my textbook and rent it for a cheap price. It even came in 1 week before it was said to. Overall it was a pleasant experience and would definitely recommend to anyone and will be coming back!!”
