“My check never arrived for my buyback order. It has been a week since the listed latest date for check arrival. I called customer support multiple times during business hours and my calls were not answered. I sent an email as well to customer support and got no answer.”

“I actually forgot that I sent the books in. I think it was a month ago that I sent them in and just finally now I'm getting paid. Other similar setups pay me within a week. In fact, I have done three sets with another company in the time it took this one to do one. I honestly thought that the books have gotten lost in the mail, or that the company had just decided to steal them from me. I don't know why it took this long.”
