“TERRIBLE! I am never buying from this site again. My book came with no spine or backing to hold it together. My “book” is just pages. I’m am very upset and wrote an email with no response. Worst customer service. DONT BUY!!”

“I rented two books. I received one book within 7 days. The second book was never delivered. Customer service dragged it out for over 2 more weeks, refused to send me another copy even though there was clearly an issue on their end and the book was never sent. Even after two weeks, I had to fight just to get a refund. I will never use Booksrun again.”
