“I have completed two sell backs of textbooks and was paid less than the quoted price on both orders. The books contained NO markings, highlights, or bent pages. The books were in like new condition. I will be looking for other companies for future sell backs.”

“This process was so easy to get some college textbooks out of my home and put into the hands that could use them. Enter the ISBN number to receive a value and move it to your cart if you want to ship it. FREE QR shipper code and check came in the mail once Booksrun received the product. Im so glad I found Booksrun to sell my books.”

“The process was straightforward and easy. I would consider selling my textbook through BooksRun again. My only critical feedback is the process took a long time. With that said, I have only done this once so I have no real comparison. I’m wondering if it took long to get to the due to uncontrollable factors such as weather.”

“I live how you can scan the barcodes but it stinks when you scan a book today and then tomorrow youre not buyung it. The your total goes less than $10 and now you can't send them in. That stinks!”

“I ordered a book called Wind Up Train book from this company. I read the ratings for the company and the description of the book as well as looking at the photo included of the book, and was satisfied, so I ordered it. When the book arrived, it was without the wind up train (which is the title and point of the book). When I contacted BooksRun about the disparity, they said they never said the train was included. Weak excuse! They refunded the price for the book, but not the $7.00 it cost to mail it back. I feel this was false representation, and am very unhappy with this company.”

“Of every book buyer I tried, BOOKSRUN IS THE BEST. Their internet interface is easier than most. You can make a running total of your priced buyback easier than most. I have been selling books exclusively with Books Run for the past three years with almost nary a problem. This year, I opted for checks and they were right on time. Books Run will be my exclusive go to for book selling for years to come. Three Thumbs Up.”
