“The ap is easy to use and scans well, but the backup manual entry comes in handy too. Labels are easy to print and sending is painless. You won't get rich but it's an easy way to destash and makes you feel greener.”

“Sale prices to BooksRun are about 1/8th of actual used value, and upon reciept they will at their discretion reduce the value to zero or charge you shipping to send it back. The time it takes to process the books, ship, and deal with BooksRun, is not worth it at all. It is strongly suggested to sell locally, donate, or recycle the books.”

“Rejected 2 books they said they wanted. Books were in great shape. Said if I wanted them back I would have to pay shipping. I said ok and selected PayPal for payment option. I tried several times and it kept defaulting back to “action needed “. Contacted customer service and they said they couldn’t help. I guess they will keep my books and sell them.”
