“This is a great platform, they seem to make offers on more books than any other sites. Great communication if theres an issue. The only thing I would say is there have been a few times where the inspector is a bit overzealous on condition. The books I send are almost always like new condition but there have still been a few times where multiple books have been downgraded for some nitpicky thing or not accepted at all, so if I had one minor suggestion it would be that the quality control inspectors be trained to the same standard, but I understand this is difficult to make foolproof. I would just say maybe a second opinion is in order when an inspector wants to reject a book for condition or calls it "counterfeit" because thst person could just be having a bad day where theyre moving too fast or feeling more critical. But this human error is the exception, NOT the rule and beyond that ive had no problems wirh Booksrun. Even when i mistakenly sent them the entire wrong box that was meant for Ziffit/World of Books they worked hard to help me figure this out and they paid me for all the books in that order that they would have bought at that time anyway. WOB didnt do that, even though there were half or more in thay order that both companies made offers on, WOB just rejected it all and paid me nothing. It was a total loss for me. Though I highly doubt they destroyed the books that they'd made offers on. Thanks Booksrun for understanding that were only human!”
