First and probably last order! Ordered a card last week for a birthday on Sunday (18th which was yesterday). And it's still not arrived. I had to purchase a card from a national card retail outlet which wasn't the personalised version I wanted.. but at least I was guaranteed to receive what I paid for!

Getting kids of emails asking how you’ve done and I’m still waiting for my order to arrive with no sign of it turning up yet! Not happy because I needed it and now it will be useless

The butterfly arrived broken in the card, the elastic had snapped and therefore didn't work

Item was overpriced I was initially happy to pay a little extra for a nice surprise for my son on his birthday however when the Boomf didn’t explode I was quite upset and disappointed Then I received an email asking how I found the experience to which I replied politely that I was disappointed in the service and received no reply This is now the second email I’m responding too

Very disappointed was nothing like the TV advert...the box did not pop out and the confetti just fell on the floor!

Rubbish, it didnt say what was inside envelope, and i order a lot for xmas coming ,so i opened envelope and it said tear here, so i did and confetti came out, So then i knew what it was, so basically its ruined

Not impressed at all ,it was my wife's birthday card and when she pulled the tab about 7 pieces of confetti came out the rest was stuck to the side of the card .very disappointing for the price of the card . I think a refund is in order. Yours James Connolly

My fiance opened the card and the butterfly dropped. The rubberband was broken, and my fiance looked sad. Never using boomf again. I want a refund

This is the first time ordering from boomf but we have received one as well...the one we received didn’t “pop” out like in the videos and the one we sent to someone didn’t “pop” out either...it’s a great concept hence why I decided to order thinking the one we received was a naff one...very disappointing

No instructions no idea what the box was for and the confetti thing was a bit weak. Sorry. Try including some instructions and a product that works.
