“Element of surprise was ruined when the cannon didn’t pop and the card didn’t come up, However, customer services were amazing and quickly offered a replacement of a voucher code for another cannon card (although this expires in 50 days)”

“Customer Care don't care!! I've spent a ridiculous amount of money for this disappointing boomf, card got open by mistake and I was told I had to pay again for another, full price!! There is no care and kindness, only spent the money because my daughter 18th birthday is coming up and in this difficult time I can't afford to buy another one!!”

“Unfortunately your product was a let down. Certainly didn’t do what it says on the tin. I ordered after seeing what it was meant to do on the tv advert. I will would not order again and would defiantly not recommend.”
