I've ordered a card from Boomf previously and was very impressed, however this time i ordered a balloon with a card but was very disappointed. We expected the balloon to "boomf" out of the box with confetti.. however the balloon was very deflated and didnt jump out the box. There was no confetti in the box or the card either. As a whole we were very underwhelmed by the whole experience.

Leah, my sincerest apologies that your Boomf ballon was faulty. 🤦‍♀️ I understand how disappointing this must have been for you. 😢 I would love to get this resolved right away 😀 Can you please have a look at your email, I have just dropped you a message so we can get this sorted. 👀 The Ballon does not come with confetti in the box 💕 As we are constantly improving our products based on the feedback we receive, I have taken a note of this as feedback to pass on. 🙌😊

Very disappointed with my purchase. We were all videoing my husband opening it and it didn’t come out properly. A total waste of money. My husband actually said “Is that it”

The delivery was absolutely outstanding came within 2 days or ordering, however I opened the envelope and the confetti just fell out without opening the card itself there was no ‘explosion’ of confetti at all. Really disappointed and embarrassed.

What a load of rubbish It Did not do what it was meant to The confetti had fallen Out of it even though it was place carefully In My bag, I was very disappointed as I bought this for My daughters 30th. I will not recommend this to any of my friends or family, I fact I would tell them Not to waste all That Money

We ordered a Boomf for a friend for her birthday. Upon presentation we anticipated a happy birthday Boomf ! And to our disappointment as she pulled the envelope open nothing happened ! I was so excited to order such a card and to my great sadness I can’t say we were happy with the result. Sorry Boomf a no go from us 😔

Late delivery not next day as I had paid for. Poor quality product for the cost. Be aware you have to be home as this product needs to be signed for even though it’s just a card

Nicola, I'm so sorry your gift did not arrive as quickly as you hoped. 😔 Your gift was dispatched with Tracked Express Shipping service. This is a next working day signed for delivery service. We dispatched your order on the Monday, delivery was attempted on the Tuesday, as no one was in it was then rescheduled for a Wednesday delivery. 🤪 My apologies if this then missed the special day 😢 I hope your gift was enjoyed nonetheless. 💕
