Didn't work. Elastic band broke. I was so excited to give this to my friend and when she opened it it was broken. Absolutely disgusted especially, given the price of it. Wish I had gone and bought a standard card elsewhere. Will not use again!

Very disappointed- I got the pop up card for my kids to give to my wife on her 40th but when she opened it the confetti and card didn’t pop out or do anything and stayed in the cover. Then after 1 min when she turned it upside down to pour the confetti out then the box popped out.

Really disappointing. Card opened correctly but sprinkles just drifted into my daughter's knees. She didn't even notice them. A very expensive card with no impact. And I've not been offered a refund though I've informed customer service.

Worst service. Parcel wasn't delivered because i didn't include a number but i always get my parcel's delivered even when i only include my postal code. Spoke with an agent and was told nothing could be done since i didn't include this. Not even a reship since they said they couldn't refund...anyways would advice my folks interested not to even bother and would narate this experience. To me its just a real off on stealing money from people, especially during this crisis.

David, I am so sorry you have not received your Boomf gift, this is far from the experience we had intended for you! 😔 Looking at your order I can see there is no apartment number or house number on the delivery address. There is only an intercom number provided 🤔 Unfortunately, without the building number, we cannot guarantee the delivery service will know which is the correct intercom to use on the street. 🤪 Once again I am so sorry that this has happened with you order. Was extremely disappointed, card only partly popped out, three bits of confetti fluttered to the ground before a clump of confetti fell to the floor! Would not recommend or consider purchasing in the future.

Looking at your order I can see that there is no house number on the delivery address 🤔 We have to assume that this is the reason your gift has not been delivered. Unfortunately when my children opened the Pop up picture Boomf I ordered for my younger sons birthday, it didn’t pop up. I had to lift it up to make it pop. Gutted

My order was cancelled due to the hot weather but I wasn't notified about it and I didn't Recieve an email. I had to call Boomf directly to find out the birthday gift I had ordered wasn't going to my mum.

The I had to help open the card as the Velcro was stuck fast. Then the butterfly didn’t really fly.
