I brought the butterfly card for my daughters 7th Birthday. And the butterfly was broke so wasn’t the surprise I wanted for her. Very disappointed!

I was very disappointed with the product. When my boyfriend open the boomf card - nothing happened, and it was embarrassing. I had to hit the product from the bottom for something to happen

I ordered 2 cards on the 28th July 2020 to go to brisbane Australia I paid for DHL to deliver these as I thought this is the quickest option it is now the 10th August 2020 and till not arrived I have been tracking these cards they flew from Heathrow to Germany then to Japan from Japan to Sydney then to brisbane, if your not sure how DHL works don't use then, this has cost me a lot of money I would never use this company again. I will stick with the company I know gets there on time.

The box didn’t open properly and the petals didn’t go everywhere they stayed in the box and the band in the box came off

Card still not arrived 10 days later. My daughters 6th birthday has now passed. Website advised 7 days max. If Covid is causing you problems then say so before customers pay money. Everyone(reasonable) should understand when given prior warning.
